Commercial Insurance

1. How much coverage do I need?  That will depend on several items:  Square footage of facility, payroll, office furniture, equipment, technological property and number of employees
2. Will prior losses affect my insurance rates?  Absolutely

Personal / Home

1. Are my contents covered inside my house? Yes
2. Does the Age of my roof effect my premium?  Yes

Auto

1. How much of a deductible do I need?  Enough to cover yourself if you are in an accident, as you will be responsible for the deductible before the insurance company will pay.
2. How many years does it take for auto violations to drop off my record? Three years for most violations except alcohol related take five years.

Life Insurance

1. How do I know what I need?  That depends on what you want the insurance for.  Ex:  Estate Planning or to satisfy a mortgage if something should happen to the primary care giver
2. Will smoking effect my life insurance?  Absolutely, by 40%!

Bonds

1. What is a bond?  A financial guarantee
2. Why would my business need a bond?  There are several kinds but an example would be an Employee Dishonesty Bond for use if an employee steals from your business.
