Business Liability or
Commercial Liability defends you from civil lawsuits and legal liability for damages
you cause to others for bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence that
arises out of your ownership, maintenance or use of your premises or operations.
Covers
damage caused by your products after you relinquish possession to others.
Covers damage
to property or people from your operations after you complete them.
Covers damage
caused by explosion, collapse, underground coverage, unless specifically excluded.
Covers
your company for liability you assume under oral or written contract.

to property in your care, custody and control.
Covers
injury caused from any intentional act by or at your discretion that results in bodily
injury when reasonable force is used to protect persons or property.
Covers
lawsuits anywhere in the world, except for products and completed operations or
medical payments, as long as the original liability suit is brought in the US or Canada.
Automatic coverage is
effective for 90 days for any newly acquired organization over which you have any
ownership or interest.
Employees are covered as
additional insured while acting in the scope of their work related duties.
Covers non-owned watercraft
under 26 feet in length.
This coverage is for
rendering certain types of medical services. (As long as you're not in the
business of rendering medical services.)
Protects
from lawsuits arising out of false arrest, detention, libel, slander, wrongful entry
or eviction (bodily injury is not required)
As long as you're not in the
advertising business, you are covered for lawsuits arising from alleged piracy,
copyright infringement, unfair competition, etc. due to your advertising or promotional
activities (bodily injury is not required)
